We are a community of leaders who learn, grow, and lead in partnership with one another. We are invested in developing people, teams, and strategies which are evidenced through tangible outcomes in schools.

The ‘By Leaders, For Leaders’ initiative was inspired by Will Smith, CEO of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, in September 2018. Our inaugural event was held in October 2018 and since then we have enjoyed five conferences for both secondary and primary colleagues, open days at partnering schools, a social media launch (@by_leaders1), and the development of a new website (welcome!).

The hope is that we can support, work alongside, and positively impact more and more educational leaders and cultivate our community in the months and years to come.
